The headquarters of Pinnacle Technical Resources, a technology company serving the staffing industry ($200 Million in annual sales), was operating in 3 non contiguous suites on two floors. Consolidation, space, and electrical efficiency were imperative to this fast growing company with over 75 employees locally and 2000 employees nationwide. Space efficiency was required for more of a cohesive work environment and team growth, along with relocating to a more centralized location for current and future employees. Increases in aggregate costs were the top concern for this customer desiring a Galleria location at Stemmons economics. Pinnacle wanted to create more of a corporate image that fit the innovation and creativity of their forward thinking employees.
